Bay Shore Relics LLC runs a simple shop on purpose: no accounts, no tracking profiles, no data warehouse. Here's exactly what happens with your information.
What we collect — and what we don't
- Browsing: we don't set cookies and we don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We do count page views and shop activity on our own server (see the Cookie Policy) to understand how the store is doing — no IP addresses are logged with those counts. Our host (GitHub Pages) may log basic technical data like any web host does.
- Your cart: lives only in your own browser (localStorage) as a list of slide IDs. It never leaves your device except inside your PayPal checkout, and we can't see it.
- Checkout: PayPal collects your payment and shipping details and processes the transaction under PayPal's privacy policy. We receive your name, shipping address, and order details from PayPal so we can ship your slides — we never see your card or bank details.
- Contact form & mailing list: messages are relayed to our business email so we can reply. Mailing-list addresses are used only to send new-arrival notices — roughly one email when fresh slides land — and you can unsubscribe any time by replying "unsubscribe".
What we do with it
Order details are used to ship your slides, handle returns, and keep the legally required business and tax records. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except as needed to complete your order (PayPal for payment, USPS for shipping labels).
Your choices
Clear your browser storage any time to empty your cart. Ask us to remove you from the mailing list and we'll do it promptly. For questions about your order information, use the contact form.
Children
This shop isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
