Buying a vintage slide sight-unseen takes trust, so we keep returns simple: if you're not happy for any reason, send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — return shipping is on us.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery via the contact form or hello@bayshorerelicsllc.com with your order details (name, order date, and which slide).
- We'll send you a prepaid USPS return label (international buyers: we'll arrange and cover return postage with you directly).
- Pack the slide as it arrived — the rigid mailer it came in is ideal — and drop it off.
Refunds
Once the slide is on its way back to us (or arrives, whichever you can show first), we refund the full amount you paid — item price, outbound shipping, and any Wisconsin sales tax — to your original PayPal payment method. Refunds are issued promptly and always within 14 days of your return request, as the law requires.
Condition
Just send the slide back as you received it. Normal inspection — holding it to the light, checking the mount — is expected and fine.
Damaged, lost, or wrong item
If your slide arrives damaged, the package never arrives, or we sent the wrong slide, contact us right away with a photo if you can. We'll make it right at our expense — replacement from the archive if one exists, otherwise a full refund including shipping. You won't pay return postage for our mistake.
EU & UK buyers — statutory right of withdrawal
In addition to the policy above, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your slides, for any reason and without explanation. Just tell us clearly (the contact form is fine) before the 14 days expire. We'll refund everything you paid, including outbound shipping, within 14 days of your cancellation — we may wait until the slides arrive back or you provide proof of return shipment. Return shipping is on us.
